What we Offer

A retainer is a cost effective way for you to access all the services of our team without the cost of hiring and paying their holiday, sick leave, super and other associated costs. 

Every business, no matter the sector or size, relies on regular marketing activities and design masterpieces to ensure they continue to move forward, towards their goal and succeed. Working with an agency on a project-by-project, quote-by-quote basis is great for your chunkier design items, however a retainer will typically save you time and money; who doesn’t like the sound of that?

We offer retainers on a three month contract to start. After the first three months we can customise our plan to suit ie. if you’re using more or less than expected. After the initial three month period, we would suggest a 6 month retainer contract, so we can just keep rolling out the good stuff.

For all packages, up to 50% of any unused hours may be carried forward to the following month up to a maximum cap per your chosen package.

Our retainers are packages designed to support SME’s. We want to see businesses develop and grow. Today more than ever before, good design is a critical part of any successful business. Here is the outline of how it works;

Once you’re signed up and ready to go, you send us your first brief via email to our design team.

We will give you an estimate of hours and turnaround time. Your project will get top priority in the studio and your allocated designer will get to work on it within 12-24 hours at the latest. Invoicing will be billed at the end of each month.

If you’re ready to get started and have briefs all ready to email off, just sign up to one of the packages below. We will be in touch as soon as we receive your confirmation and email you the retainer invoice.

You are free to cancel your package at anytime, however, by signing up to the contract, we both agree to give each other 1 month’s notice on any variations or the official cancellation.

You save money with ‘bonus’ design hours. You receive priority service and scheduling. The integrity of your designs are kept at a high standard, quality & consistent. You save time with the convenience of easy invoicing and less paperwork. Your time can be used to grow your business with our design support.

Minimum of 3 months commitment. Any additional hours used in the month that were on top of the retainer will be charged at $100/hr + GST. Retainer invoices will be sent at the end of each month. Retainers can include web development, but only to existing sites that were originally created by LWD Studio (due to potential coding/platform conflicts) Any 3rd party costs, eg. printing, stock images or illustrations will be invoiced separately. Prices exclude GST.
